Ecclesiastical (belonging to the church, not secular).  A visible sign of an inward grace, a closeness to or in relation to God, celebrated within and by the Christian community of people who are the living, breathing church.  It is a “Holy Connectivity”; especially the rites considered to have been instituted by Jesus Christ to symbolize or confer grace: the sacraments of the Roman Catholic church are Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Matrimony, Reconciliation, Holy Orders, and Anointing of the Sick.
